1. Agreement

By using kamenegoro.com you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. Orders & payment

All prices are in Kenyan Shillings unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including for stock, pricing or fraud reasons.

3. Shipping & delivery

Shipping timelines are estimates. Risk passes on delivery to the carrier. Customs duties are the buyer's responsibility for international orders.

4. Returns

Unworn physical items may be exchanged within 14 days of delivery. Digital products are non-refundable once downloaded.

5. Bookings

Booking enquiries are not confirmed until you receive a signed agreement. Deposits are non-refundable inside 14 days of the engagement.

6. Intellectual property

All content, logos, photography and copy on this site belong to Kamene Goro and may not be copied without written permission.

7. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the site.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya.
